Terminei com 1h29m33s.&lt;br /&gt;Não foi mau, mas quebrei um  pouco a partir do km16. type='text'>33lugar no age-group e 217lugar na geral</title><content type='html'>(estou com teclado USA por isso nao liguem a falta de acentos :)&lt;br /&gt;Fantastico ambiente nesta Final do Ironman70.3 em Clearwater Florida!&lt;br /&gt;1500 atletas apurados para esta final arrancaram para 1900m de natacao + 90km bike + 21km run.&lt;br /&gt;Eu partia com o objectivo ambicioso de top20 no meu escalao, mas sabia que seria dificil face a falta de consistencia nos treinos de Setembro + Outubro.&lt;br /&gt;Fiz uma natacao normal para 28min, seguido de uma bike bastante boa de 2h16m, o que surpreendeu positivamente, mas na corrida paguei a factura deste esforco e da tal falta de consistencia nos treinos. Corri a meia-maratona para 1h31m claramente acima do que posso e devo fazer. No entanto estou bastante satisfeito so por me ter classificado para ca estar, e dentro da posssibilidades de treino que tive o resultado final ate foi bastante positivo. Dia 10 de Novembro participo na final do Campeonato do Mundo Ironman70.3 em Clearwater. Vão ser 1900m a nadar, 90km a pedalar e 21km a correr entre os melhores atletas do Mundo, no ambiente único dos grandes eventos Ironman.&lt;br /&gt;Infelizmente não me sinto tão bem preparado como em Antwerp, a prova em que consegui a classificação no mês de Agosto. Os 1500m de natação fluiram bem, gostei muito do conforto do meu fato novo Orca 3.8 (22m57s / 25º tempo). Na bike fiz 0 7º tempo (1h07m32s) nos 40km, foi forte!!! Por fim, a corrida de 10km sempre difícil depois da bike sempre no limite :) (37m56s / 18º tempo). Total de 2h08m25s, 13º lugar na geral masculina. O meu objectivo seria ficar Top15. Os 750m de natação correram bastante bem, fazendo um tempo um pouco a baixo do que tenho feito esta época (10m28s / 37º tempo). Na bike fiquei muito satisfeito pois é um percurso de 20km com subidas interessantes onde senti força e resistência (35m58s / 10º tempo) e por fim a corrida também com um tempo bastante razoável nos 5km (17m10s / 22º tempo). Total de 1h03m46s, 16º lugar na geral. Nestes 14 dias pedalei 22h (5 treinos de 60km + 1 treino de 90km + 1 treino de 120km + 1 treino de 140km) e corri 10h (com 2 treinos longos de 1h30). A natação fica para Setembro :) ... treinei 5h (5 sessões). A partir de 2.ªf regresso ao trabalho pelo que o tempo disponível para treinar será bastante mais reduzido. Assim estarei na Final do Campeonato do Mundo Ironman70.3!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;800 triatletas à partida num ambiente fantástico. A prova correu-me bastante bem, os 1.9km de natação foram cumpridos em 29m21s (tempo normal e esperado para mim), os 90km de bike planos mas com um vento moderado contínuo foram feitos em 2h24m55 (média de 37km/h), onde fiz os primeiros 50km muito fortes pagando um pouco a factura nos últimos 15/20km, mas tinha e fiz bem em arriscar na bike. Face a este esforço estava com medo da reacção das pernas ao iniciar os 21km de corrida, mas surpresa... senti-me leve, fazendo os primeiros 10km em 39min, não quebrando muito até aos 16km, a partir daqui sim começou o sofrimento, com uma quebra natural de ritmo, mas face ao intenso calor, julgo que todos os atletas tiveram quebra o que não me prejudicou no resultado final. Tempo final da meia-maratona 1h26m52s. Tempo total de prova com as transições 4h23m15s.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Agora é iniciar um novo planeamento de treinos para daqui a 14 semanas estar novamente em forma para Clearwater Florida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obrigado a todos os meus amigos e família pela força que me deram. É já no próximo Domingo às 10h portuguesas. Até lá só terei treininhos curtos a pastar :) para poder estar na minha forma e força máxima daqui a 1 semana.&lt;br /&gt;Ontem fiz um treino combinado de manhã, 50km bike + 10km run onde me senti solto e em forma. Ainda nadei 40min no mar para descontrair ao final da tarde. (750m swim + 16km btt + 5km run)&lt;br /&gt;Nadei com um ritmo melhor que em provas anteriores. No btt, sempre duro e com riscos de queda, senti-me bem embora as pulsações fossem durante 42min a top... Fiz os 1500m de natação sem fato em 23m20s, o meu normal na presente época. Saí em 18º da água;&lt;br /&gt;3. No ciclismo arrisquei, consegui fazer o 2.º melhor tempo da prova, com 1h00m27s. A chuva massacrou a prova toda, estive com os olhos sempre próximos do "tapete" até que ao km 36 caí mesmo, na última rotunda antes da transição, mas consegui levantar-me rápido somente perdendo uns 20 segundos, ganhando uma escoriação na anca e uns riscos na minha Cervélo :(... ;&lt;br /&gt;4. Na corrida consegui impor o meu ritmo normal, senti-me bem;&lt;br /&gt;5. Na entrada para a última volta, eu e o Alexandre que corriamos lado a lado, entramos erradamente numa curva (a pessoa da organização que deveria estar nesse ponto estaria a abrigar-se da chuva algures noutro lado... :0 ), voltamos para trás e entramos no percurso mal visionamos as balizas. Até considero que perdemos tempo com este erro;&lt;br /&gt;6. Classificação final: 6º lugar com 1h57m58s;&lt;br /&gt;7. No entanto, face ao tal erro, o juíz decidiu desclassificar a mim e ao Alexandre. Aceito a decisão, mas este erro em nada adulterou os resultados desportivos, como também até nos prejudicou o ritmo da corrida, como se veio a verificar no tempo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas o mais importante para mim foi verificar que estou em boas condições para o meu objectivo central de Antwerp a 5go!!!! Corrida plana, mas com diversos retornos que cortam ritmo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Classificação: 16º lugar&lt;br /&gt;Parciais: Swim 750m (14m30) bike 20km (30m29) run 5km (18m08) tempo total c/ transições (1h03m07)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foi um bom treino de qualidade, para ganhar ritmo.
